Anouck-Prescillia Biernaux is an attorney specialising in European Union law and international trade. She assists French and international groups in safeguarding their international operations by helping them anticipate regulatory changes, manage their compliance risks, and defend their interests before administrative authorities and courts.

With more than five years of experience in customs law, she handles all matters related to international trade, including customs regulations, economic sanctions, export controls, trade defence instruments and new European regulations applicable to supply chains, such as the Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). She also assists the firm’s clients in defining and implementing compliance strategies tailored to their business activities.

Before joining the firm, Anouck practised at the law firms Paradigmes and Arsene Taxand. Her career also includes experience at the Paris Court of Appeal and the European Commission’s Representation in France, which enabled her to develop a solid command of European Union law, both in advisory and litigation contexts. She advises the firm’s clients in French and English.
