Dimana is a founding partner at Fendler Salva Partners, bringing over a decade of experience in customs and international trade from DS Avocats.

Dimana specialises in EU trade and customs law, with a particular focus on trade remedies, sanctions, export control, and market access. Dimana represents clients before key EU institutions, including the European Commission, Council of the EU, OLAF, and EPPO, as well as before competent authorities in various Member States. Dimana also advises on the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation and has extensive experience litigating cases before the EU courts.

As a partner in the Brussels office, Dimana’s core practice centres on trade defence instruments such as anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, and safeguard measures. Dimana regularly represents clients in investigations before the European Commission, acting for complainants, importers and users, or exporting producers, and leads court proceedings in both national and EU courts. Dimana’s expertise spans a variety of sectors, including aluminium, chemicals, wood, and consumer products.

Within customs law, Dimana assists companies in a wide ranges of customs matters, including customs audits and investigations, duty remission and repayment requests and settlement negotiations. She helps companies with assessments in import and export matters concerning customs classification, origin, customs valuation, setting-up customs specific regimes (inward processing, end use, etc.), and obtaining authorisations and certifications (AEO). She also represents companies through pan-European customs investigations. 

In the area of export control and sanctions, Dimana assists clients with export control classification, risk assessments and transactions screening, license and authorisations applications, as well as internal and enforcement investigations, often involving multi-jurisdictional aspects. Dimana also develops and implements tailored compliance programmes, and liaises with authorities on behalf of clients.

Additionally, Dimana supports clients in meeting supply chain obligations driven by environmental, security and human rights considerations, such as compliance with CBAM, the EU Deforestation Regulation, legislation addressing forced labour, CE marking or REACH legislations. Dimana provides strategic guidance on navigating complex regulatory requirements and ensures clients remain compliant with evolving EU standards.
