Laurie joined Fendler Salva Partners after practicing several years at Arsene Taxand and DS Avocats. Her practice covers all aspects of customs and international trade law.

She advises clients in French, English, or Italian. Laurie supports the firm’s clients on customs matters (customs valuation & transfer pricing, tariff classification, origin, obtaining Binding Tariff Information or Binding Origin Information, special customs procedures, AEO certifications), with a focus on securing import/export operations into and from the European Union, while also providing expertise on US regulations and tariffs.

She also advises clients on EU trade defence matters (anti-dumping and countervailing duties, safeguard measures), product compliance (including the EU “deforestation-free” regulation, and CBAM), economic sanctions, and export controls for dual-use and military goods.
