Alexandre is an associate at Fendler Salva Partners. After several experiences in international law firms in France and abroad, within corporate compliance, dispute resolution, and white‑collar practices, Alexandre focuses on international trade law, sanctions, export controls, and import-export customs compliance.

Alexandre advises both multinational groups and mid‑sized companies on the design and implementation of robust compliance programs, including internal policies, risk assessments, and operational procedures. He assists clients during their ongoing dialogue with French authorities (French Treasury, SBDU, DGA, ANSSI, etc.) and foreign regulators on a daily basis to obtain export licenses for dual‑use items and military equipment, exemptions under sanctions regimes, or security clearances—reflecting his strong interest in the defence sector.

His work also includes supporting clients in multi‑jurisdictional investigations and corrective actions related to potential sanctions breaches, export control violations, or anti‑dumping infringements before national, European or foreign authorities.

Beyond his legal expertise, Alexandre helps clients navigate cross‑border business and strategic challenges, including inconsistencies between global sanctions regimes along supply chain operators, the growing extraterritoriality of trade compliance rules, and  conflicting obligations between European, American and Asian frameworks.
