Before joining Fendler Salva Partners, Aymeric practiced customs and international trade law at DS Avocats, Arsene Taxand and KPMG Avocats.
Through these positions, Aymeric developed a strong expertise, both in advisory and litigation matters, in customs and international trade law, as well as in indirect taxation.
Aymeric works closely with multinational groups, SMEs and professional organisations, in regular interaction with French and European administrative authorities. His practice notably covers customs law (customs valuation and transfer pricing, tariff classification, origin, special customs procedures, AEO certifications), trade defence (anti-dumping and countervailing duties, safeguard measures, European Commission investigations and compliance strategies), economic sanctions and export controls (dual-use goods and defence-related items), as well as environmental and energy taxation, excise duties and import VAT.
