Paco supports the firm in matters relating to customs law, trade defence and international trade regulation.
He holds a Master’s degree in European and International Business Law and is a CIFRE PhD candidate at the Centre for European Documentation and Research (CDRE). His doctoral research focuses on the competitive impact of environmental standards on European companies in a context of globalisation and economic integration.
His research and practice more specifically focus on European and international environmental law and market access regulations, notably those applicable to substances, products and supply chains (REACH, sector-specific environmental requirements, and the European Green Deal).
In this context, he contributes to the analysis of EU regulatory constraints and their competitive implications at international level, in support of matters handled by the firm’s lawyers.
Alongside his professional activity, he maintains an active academic profile, teaching at university level, speaking at academic conferences, and publishing articles in peer-reviewed legal journals.
